Sword, shields, and teambuilding!

Team Building day at RPG ⚔️

At Raw Power Games, we're all about pushing the envelope, not just in our games, but in how we roll as a team, too. So, what did we do? We took a wild leap from the usual team-building playbook and got into sword fighting! Yep, you read that right - swords, armor, the whole nine yards, but, you know, safety-first versions, and most the "armor" used could be purchased at your local clothing retailer.

Our adventure kicked off with a real-deal sword master (aka Bjorn our MoCap and History buff) who was less about the "all hail" and more about the "watch your back, buddy!" He showed us how to grip, stance, and swing without losing a finger... ish, which was much appreciated. Things got spicy as we advanced, turning into full-blown mock duels that had us ducking and diving, thinking on our feet just like we do when we're debugging a tough piece of code.

Diving into swordplay was a blast, proving that when you think outside the box, amazing things can happen. It bonded us in ways a simple happy hour never could, and gave a whole new meaning to "cutting-edge" at Raw Power Games. Here's to more wild, wonderful team adventures.
